Champion jockey Hugh Bowman has apologised to fellow rider Andrew Adkins and sent his condolences to the connections of Hot ‘N’ Hazy after being suspended for his role in Saturday’s horror fall at Rosehill.
Bowman was on Thursday suspended for six weeks for careless riding after he shifted out from the inside on his mount Smart Image, causing Hot ‘N’ Hazy to clip heels.
