Desperate for tourist dollars, these countries are opening up – The Australian Financial Review
Four in 10 destinations have loosened restrictions but not fast enough for the airline industry.

Only four countries have lifted all restrictions for international tourists: Albania, the Maldives, Serbia and Tanzania.
And then there is the longer list of destinations 115, according to the UNWTO that still have their borders completely or partly closed to international tourists. This includes Australia and New Zealand though the much-vaunted trans-Tasman bubble is not dead yet, it seems.
