‘Stretched’ system forces Queensland to block interstate arrivals

Queensland will pause arrivals from New South Wales, Victoria and the ACT for two weeks as the hotel quarantine system has become “stretched to the limit”.

It comes as Queensland authorities believe the hard border with NSW could be in place until the end of October.
