Former Socceroos captain signs marquee deal with Macarthur – Sydney Morning Herald
Mark Milligan will become Macarthur’s inaugural marquee player after rejecting an approach from Western Sydney Wanderers.

Milligan’s move to Macarthur ends his near three-year absence from the A-League, having left Melbourne Victory in 2018 for spells with Saudi club Al Ahli, Hibernian in Scotland and Southend.
Milligan has won two A-League titles, lifting the trophy with Sydney FC in 2006 and Victory in 2015. He was part of the Socceroos squad for the successful 2015 Asian Cup campaign and was included in the 2006, 2010, 2014 and 2018 World Cup squads.
