Pizza Hut is celebrating the 50th anniversary of the opening of its first Australian store with a giveaway of epic proportions.
The iconic global chain began life in Wichita, USA, in 1958, but didnt make its way Down Under until 1970.
The first Pizza Hut in Australia was opened in the Sydney suburb of Belfield in 1970.
To mark the anniversary of the occasion, the chain is giving away 50,000 free pan pizzas through its new 50th anniversary microsite.
