Cairns COVID lockdown to end as planned as four new COVID-19 cases linked to Brisbane cluster

Cairns residents will emerge from lockdown as planned after no new COVID-19 cases were detected in the Far North Queensland city.
The city and nearby Yarrabah will be released from lockdown at 4pm on Wednesday, however a mask mandate and limits on hospitality venue patronage will remain.
