#Celebrating35 ???? with former Dolphins player/coach Andy Green.

“My four years at Noosa. What can I say, we loved the place so much we got married there, at the Rugby Club haha well reception anyway.

My greatest memory of Noosa is split between two teams. The 2010 undefeated A Grade side and the 2013 Noosa Junior Colts who I coached. Both teams were stacked full of talent but it was the hard work and one percentages that both teams did over the course of the year that got both of them the Championships in the respective competitions.

Thoroughly loved playing for Noosa every time I wore the jersey, but having the opportunity to represent them at a South Qld Country and also Qld Country level was huge for me. Then being allowed to coach a Junior Colts side and put some Kiwi mentality into them was again a huge highlight.

I’d be here all day if we mentioned the people who welcomed Sarah and I but I’d like to pay special mention to Shane Raison, Stuart Beakey and Greg Dodd.

Players again I’d go overload on the names with players I played alongside and players I coached in my time at Noosa. Again a special mention to Kyle Beakey, Tom Kearney and Davey Harrold along with Nick Chapman, Eli Pilz, James Grigson, Zach Howson etc. All became lifelong friends due to pulling on a Dolphins patch” Andy Green
