AFL COVID-19 update: Queensland hub puppy request leaves league in disbelief – 7NEWS.com.au
7NEWS can reveal the puppy request prompted the AFL to take issue a warning to players’ wives and girlfriends.
The AFL is doing everything it can to accommodate players and club staff in the Queensland hub who have made enormous sacrifices to keep the game running.
However 7NEWS AFL reporter Tom Browne has revealed the AFL recently fielded a request to relocate a puppy from Victoria to the Sunshine State hub.
Browne told 7NEWS.com.au the AFL couldnt believe the request which prompted the league to issue its warning to staff and players on Monday.
