A young West Australian Woolies staff member went viral online after sharing details about the new badges.
Australian retail workers have started wearing new badges in an attempt to curb the amount of abuse they cop from rude and aggressive customers.
Staff at stores such as Woolworths, Target, Big W and KFC now sport badges that say Im a mother, Im a father, Im a son or Im a daughter to serve as a reminder to shoppers.
