Probe into how a private letter to SA Police Minister was redistributed by officers handing out fines

An investigation has been launched into how an MP’s private letter to South Australian Police Minister Vincent Tarzia ended up being distributed by frontline police as an apparent justification for a traffic sting in Adelaide’s west.
