Ekka cancelled for second year by coronavirus threat
The Ekka is a no-go for the second year running, with the state government deciding on Monday morning to cancel the event because of the ongoing COVID-19 threat.
The cancellation is the fourth in the 144-year history of the Royal Queensland Show.
