Drug manufacturer Pfizer is expected to gain $45.7 billion in sales this year as countries stock up on COVID-19 vaccines.

Pfizer has raised its full-year sales forecast for the COVID-19 vaccine it developed with Germany’s BioNTech by 29 per cent to $US33.5 billion ($45.7 billion), as nations stock up on doses for the rest of the year.
