NT Supreme Court asked to decide questions of law in Constable Zachary Rolfe murder case

The full bench of the NT Supreme Court has been asked to decide whether Constable Zachary Rolfe can argue in his upcoming murder trial that he was not criminally liable for Kumanjayi Walker’s death because he was acting in “good faith” as a police officer during the incident.
