Victorias health minister says those involved with the neonatal intensive care unit at a Melbourne hospital have suffered great distress after a COVID-19 cluster emerged.
The Department of Health and Human Services revealed on Monday that a baby, two parents and a staff member at the Royal Childrens Hospitals NICU had tested positive to coronavirus.
