Oil Search under pressure on Santos offer – The Australian Financial Review
Oil Search’s board, headed by Rick Lee, is under pressure to engage with suitor Santos on a potential $23 billion merger.

Simon Mawhinney, portfolio manager at Oil Search investor Allan Gray, said while he was sympathetic to Oil Searchs rebuff of the proposal on value grounds, it would be reasonable to engage with Santos.
