Victoria records 13 local COVID cases as state prepares for lockdown extension

Victoria recorded 13 local COVID-19 cases on Monday, including four announced yesterday, ahead of a decision about the length of the lockdown extension.

Of the new cases, 12 have been linked to the current outbreaks and one is under investigation.
