Rachael Leigh Cook files for joint custody of children in divorce from Daniel Gillies – 9TheFIX
Rachael Leigh Cook is requesting joint custody over the children she shares with ex- husband Daniel Gillies.
The 40-year-old actress filed her request with a Los Angeles County judge on July 17, in legal documents obtained by Us Weekly on July 27 (US Time).
The filing did not indicate whether either party would need to pay for child support.
