Former Hawks midfielder and Magpies runner Alex Woodward says he received death threats and experienced an emotional breakdown after his infamous 2018 Grand Final blunder.
But Woodward has revealed how meaningful post-game acts of class from Collingwood coach Nathan Buckley, as well as an Eagles superstar, lifted his spirits after social media abuse put me in a bit of a hole.
