The President of the International Olympic Committee mistakenly refers to Japanese people as Chinese

As many people in Japan continue to oppose the nation holding the Olympics, the President of the International Olympic Committee (IOC) Thomas Bach, has committed quite the gaffe during a speech aimed at quelling concerns about the safety of the Olympics.
