Malaysia’s Carsome buys iCar Asia in $200m deal – The Australian Financial Review
Patrick Grove’s Catcha Group will sell ASX-listed iCar Asia to Malaysian platform Carsome in a $200m deal.

The company is a full-stack car transaction platform, enabling payment and title transfer for used car buyers in Malaysia, Thailand, Indonesia and Singapore. It is on track to clear $US1 billion in revenue this year, making it Malaysias first unicorn.
