Queensland COVID situation improves after just one new locally acquired case detected

Queensland has recorded just one new locally acquired COVID-19 case.
The woman confirmed positive on Tuesday is a close contact of a known case – a 29-year-old Brisbane man who travelled to the Sunshine Coast.
She is a student nurse but authorities believe she is at low risk of infecting others.
