BOM forecasts ‘seasonally significant’ amount of rainfall across large parts of Queensland
The Bureau of Meteorology has forecast heavy rainfall across south-east and Central Queensland over the next three days.
Senior forecaster Laura Boekel said a rain band is moving across the state, which will likely bring widespread rain totals of 20 to 40 millimetres.
