Northern Territory revokes blanket travel restriction for Greater Melbourne, implements tiered system

Northern Territory Chief Health Officer Hugh Heggie has revoked the hotspot declaration for all of Greater Melbourne and implemented a three-tier system for people who have visited a listed COVID-19 public exposure site.
