Ennis labels Fifita’s Broncos defection ‘alarming’ as reasons for $3.5m move revealed – Fox Sports
Michael Ennis has labelled David Fifita’s decision to quit Brisbane to join the Gold Coast Titans as ‘alarming’ for the Broncos club after the factors that influenced his decision were revealed.
The Courier Mail reported the 20-year-olds decision to leave the Broncos was for many more reasons than the $1.25 million a season the Titans are willing to pay him.
Fifita reportedly left because he was not convinced he could reach his potential under embattled coach Anthony Seibold, while the instability in the club and team morale were also factors.
