Pretzel founder finding the fun in Perth business expansion – PerthNow
It’s one of Perth’s most recognisable homegrown food chains – but even as the brand expands, the founder is dedicated to keeping it fun at all times.
THEY say times flies when you are having fun and Pretzel founder Brittany Garbutt can certainly attest to that.
Since 2017, her baked pastry enterprise has gone from a small shop operating out of a sea container in Northbridge, to an expansive empire encompassing five stores around Perth and three recent additions in Melbourne.
Boasting a defined pastel pink-coated identity, the original store has been joined by ones in Whitfords, Westfield Carousel, Mandurah and now Fremantle.
