Ariana Grande concert Manchester bombing inquiry finds ‘shortcomings’ cost lives

A public inquiry into the 2017 bombing of an Ariana Grande concert in Manchester has concluded “serious shortcomings” by venue operators, security staff and police helped a suicide bomber kill 22 people.
