Christian Porter loses bid to reduce costs linked to defamation battle

Former attorney-general Christian Porter has lost a bid to reduce his costs in a Federal Court action linked to his defamation battle with the ABC.
Mr Porter has settled with the ABC over his claim he was defamed in a story about an unnamed cabinet minister accused of an historical alleged rape.
