NT Electoral Commission says ‘avoidable’ issues with prisoners’ postal votes may have impacted election

The NT Electoral Commission says almost 200 postal votes submitted by prisoners during last year’s election were rejected for “avoidable” reasons, and that some of them could have impacted the result in the Territory’s most marginal seat.
