US PGA Tour star Jon Rahm had just finished a sizzling round to lead the Memorial tournament when officials whispered in his ear with the bad news.

Jon Rahm tested positive for COVID-19 and was forced to withdraw from the Memorial Tournament while holding a six-stroke lead after Saturdays third round.
Rahm, who is the third-ranked golfer in the world, shot an 8-under-par 64 on Saturday and was at a tourney-record 18 under after three rounds.
Television footage showed Rahm being informed of the news after hed finished his round, and bending over at hearing he would be ruled out of the tournament.
