Melbourne Storm kept up their love affair going with Sunshine Coast Stadium winning another “home” game in Queensland by defeating Gold Coast 20-14.
Storm had great success at the venue last year, when they were camped there for five months due to the COVID outbreak. A secondary scare in Victoria this year had the club switch their scheduled AAMI Park game to the Sunshine Coast a week ago.
Both sides had to plug a few holes with four players each on Origin duty.
