Experienced ruckman Stefan Martin is one of four inclusions for Sundays clash with Fremantle at Optus Stadium.
Martin returns after missing the last four weeks with an Achilles tendon injury.
He is joined in the team by Mitch Hannan, Anthony Scott and Ryan Gardner.
Gardner will make his first AFL appearance since round three, when he sustained a shoulder injury. Hannan and Scott both come back in after missing last weeks loss to Melbourne.
