‘Simple misunderstanding’: Serbian volleyball’s ridiculous apology for racist gesture
Not for the first time, Serbias volleyball federation has been forced to apologise after footage emerged of racist gestures being made mid-match.
Serbian player Sanja Djurdevic drew two fingers to the side of her face to make the slanty-eyes gesture.
It occurred after a Thai players failure to score a point during their match in Italy.
