The skull of a previously unknown species of bird-like dinosaur has been discovered trapped in a chunk of 99-million-year-old amber.
The study on which this story was based was retracted on July 22, 2020 in the journal Nature, in which it was first published. A newly discovered specimen suggested this skull preserved in amber may not belong to a species of dinosaur.
