Australia’s John Millman has withdrawn from Roland-Garros due to a back injury, with the decision coming so late that his first-round opponent did not know until he reached the court.
Millman was drawn to face Italy’s Gianluca Mager, but pulled out at the last moment, with German lucky loser Peter Gojowczyk his replacement in the men’s singles draw.
