Cancelled Fallout 2 Sequel ‘Fallout Van Buren’ is Being Remade as a New Vegas Mod – AusGamers

‘Van Buren’ was the codename given to the Fallout 2 sequel that was being developed by Black Isle Studios until its cancellation in 2003. Naturally we all know the story from there, Bethesda Game Studios picked up the mantle with the excellent Fallout 3. Still, the question of ‘what if’ remained — and now a group of modders are planning to answer exactly that.
