Two shock solutions to Raiders’ headache; rival circles Dogs star: Transfer Whispers
The Canberra Raiders are expected to go to the open market in a bid to replace George Williams and have been linked to a pair of exiled playmakers.
The first shapes as more of a short-term solution than anything else, with reports this week suggesting Canberra could target Sharks halfback Chad Townsend.
Townsend is currently out of the NRL team with Matt Moylan and Shaun Johnson favoured as the sides first-choice halves pairing.
