Hamilton house fire sends black plume of smoke over Brisbane

A fire badly damaged a house in Hamilton on Sunday afternoon, sending a plume of black smoke into the sky over inner Brisbane.

Fire crews were called to the house on the corner of Nudgee Road and Stevenson Street about 1.45pm after concerned neighbours noticed smoke and flames at the property.
