A confirmed case of COVID-19 worked at a large Melbourne food distribution centre and visited multiple food stores during the infectious period.
Melbourne has been plunged into a seven-day lockdown as the number of COVID cases linked to the City of Whittlesea outbreak continues to grow.
Victorias health department said the case worked at the centre and visited several locations across metropolitan Melbourne on May 18 and 19.
