Queensland closes border to Victoria after Melbourne outbreak sparks lockdown
Queensland will shut its border to Victoria for the third time since the COVID-19 pandemic began.
Premier Annastacia Palaszczuk said a hotspot declaration for the entire state will take effect from 1am on Friday, after Victorians go into a seven-day lockdown at midnight.
