Man Utd ignore players’ wish over $137m star; Liverpool trigger $64m release clause: Rumour Mill
With the exception of the two major European finals taking place this week, most managers and chief executives are firmly working on transfers and securing the best bargain that they can before Euro 2020.
Most clubs would like to get their transfer business done before the Euros, where potential targets could see their price tags soar after strong performances on a global stage. It also becomes more difficult to negotiate with players once they are on holiday after the tournament.
