The Victorian health department has revealed the shops in a major shopping centre that have been deemed high risk exposure sites after a confirmed case shopped there.
Highpoint shopping centre was deemed a Tier 1 exposure site as the Whittlesea COVID-19 cluster grew to five cases, breaking the states three-month run of zero local transmission.
