Former Otago and Highlanders prop Craig Millar has crowned the biggest week of his career by being named as a new cap in Jamie Josephs Japan rugby squad to meet the British and Irish Lions.
Millar, 30, joins former Hurricanes lock Mark Abbott among 13 first-timers in the squad for matches against the Lions at Murrayfield in Scotland on June 26 and Ireland at Dublin on July 3.
