Che spettacolo! Italy wins Eurovision 2021 – Sydney Morning Herald
Finishing with a dramatic four-way race between Italy, France, Switzerland and Malta, Italy’s lead at this year’s Eurovision proved unassailable.

2021 was no different, equal parts Eisteddfod and Mardi Gras, with performances ranging from Finnish pop-punk/metal band Blind Channel (singing Dark Side) and Italys victorious glam-pop Måneskin (Zitti e Buoni), to more classic belt-it-out-of-the-arena performances from Maltas Destiny (Je Me Casse) and Frances Barbara Pravi (Voilà).
And in a nod to Eurovisions history of camp, there was Norways winged pimp-a-like Tix singing Fallen Angel and Spains Mills & Boon cover-boy Blas Cantó (Voy a Quedarme),…
