The Cats have cruised past the Gold Coast Suns in a scrappy affair at GMHBA Stadium
IT WASNT particularly pretty, but Geelong managed to fend off a feisty Gold Coast Suns outfit to win by 34-points in a scrappy affair at GMHBA Stadium on Saturday afternoon.
The Cats barely got out of first gear early, but were able to withstand a third-quarter fightback from the Suns to win comfortably 14.7 (91) to 8.9 (57).
