Hydralyte Strawberry Kiwi Effervescent Electrolyte Tablets recalled over ‘unacceptable’ danger to pregnancy – 7NEWS.com.au
An urgent recall has been issued for those currently pregnant or likely to become it.

Hydralyte Strawberry Kiwi Effervescent Electrolyte Tablets have been recalled over an unacceptable danger to pregnancy.
The TGA released a statement on Friday, recalling ten batches of the popular product.
The tablets that are used to treat symptoms of dehydration are being recalled due to the presence of Carthamus tinctorius (safflower) as an inactive ingredient.
The level of exposure of Carthamus tinctorius in this product poses an unacceptable risk if used in pregnancy, the TGA said.
