The Duke and Duchess of Sussex are dissolving their Sussex Royal Foundation after renaming it MWX Trading last year.
Documents filed with Companies House showed that Prince Harry and Duchess Meghan appointed a voluntary liquidator to start the process of shutting down the company.
The Sussex Royal title was used for both their charity and on their official social media accounts.
But when they stepped back as senior members of the British royal family they changed the name of their charity to MWX…
