Notorious conman Peter Foster has had a warrant issued for his arrest in Queensland but cannot currently be located, a court has heard, as a string of NSW fraud charges against him were dropped.
Mr Foster, 58, was arrested in dramatic scenes in August last year on a beach near his Port Douglas home in far-north Queensland and extradited to Sydney.
