Virgin is about to dramatically expand its operations, including a new flight that will give Perth travellers a direct route into a new Queensland destination.
Virgin Australia has turned a corner from the worst of the COVID-19 pandemic and is about to dramatically expand its operations, including into WA, the airlines chief executive says.
Virgin will be running 700 extra flights across Australia by October, including on five new routes focused on the countrys north as well as Perth to Cairns, with up to four flights a week starting from July 26.
The number of Perth to Brisbane flights will jump from 17 to 24 a week.
