The general consensus among the rugby league world is that Reece Walsh should be an automatic starter for the Warriors – former NRL player Tim Mannah thought so too.
That was until he listened to Nathan Brown for 30 seconds as the Warriors coach explained his decision to persist with the young gun off the bench.
Walsh already has three try assists, three linebreak assists, five linebreaks and 18 tackle busts from just four games this season, averaging 57 minutes per game.
