Most teenagers are going to have sex. While it may be an uncomfortable thought for their parents, it’s not usually something they can control, either.
According to the most recent National Survey of Secondary Students and Sexual Health, close to half of all year 10-12 students had had sex (46.6 per cent), while most had engaged in some form of sexual activity.
And while it may shock some parents to learn, more than three quarters of these were having sex at home.
